Canary Yellow
Rainbow Brite's favorite Color Kid is Canary, because yellow is such a cheerful color! Canary always looks on the bright side, no mater how bad things seem, and she helps everyone to cheer up and smile again. Because she is so trusting, poor Canary Yellow is often caught by Murky Dismal, but Rainbow always rescues her. Canary Yellow's sprites work in the mines of the Yellow Plains to provide all the Star Sprinkles Rainbow Brite uses to make the yellow color needed in the world.
Characteristics
Canary Yellow is an energetic bright and shiny girl who enjoys ballet and gymnastics. She is often seen in her leotard and legwarmers. She has short blond hair, and her personality is as sunny as her name. She really is the sparkle of the color kids.

Yellow Plains
The Yellow Plains are where Canary Yellow and her Sprites mine for yellow Star Sprinkles. The land itself is touched yellow, with lemon trees and corn rows, with daffodils growing in thick fields. She tends every yellow plant or food you can imagine.
